Nintendo 64 & Cube

In my loft I found my children's Nintendo 64 & Nintendo Cube games stations complete with all cables, joysticks and 20+ games and Ram modules all in their original cases. I know the 64 had a RISC OS processor - is it possible to use them as computers and run applications instead of games or use BBC Basic? Can you actually get into RISC somehow?

  • Not sure, but i think these old Nintendos are worth something these days...

  • I'm not too sure about the Nintendo 64, but you can deifniitely get Linux running on the Game Cube:

I could see that being used as a nifty X-terminal if you were that way inclined. I'm sure you could even run a BASIC interpreter too!
